We cannot enter or work in another flat without that resident's consent. If they agree, we are happy to book the repair there instead — most of these end up being a failed bathroom waterproofing layer.
Will you also repair the tiles and plaster afterwards?
No — we close the plumbing and leave the surface ready for finishing, but tiling, plastering, waterproofing and paint are separate trades. We say so before starting so the restoration cost is not a surprise at the end.
