Every electrician and plumber on FixoFly clears an Aadhaar and address check, a police-verification review and a practical skills assessment before their profile can take a single booking. The name and photo you see are the name and photo on the ID we checked.
The price is agreed before the work starts
You see a quote before you confirm, and any change in scope has to be approved by you in writing before a professional continues. The complaint that defines this trade — a number invented once the job is half-done — is a process failure, so we removed the process that allows it.
A 30-day guarantee that costs us money
If the same fault comes back within 30 days of an eligible job, the return visit costs you nothing in labour. A guarantee only means something when honouring it is expensive, which is why it is priced into the platform rather than offered as goodwill.
Professionals set their own prices
FixoFly is a marketplace, not an employer. Professionals bid for the jobs they want at rates they choose, and keep the great majority of what they earn. That is deliberate: underpaid tradespeople produce exactly the quality you would expect.
