How we price
Why we publish ranges rather than a single figure
Quoting one number for something like “leak repair” is how a marketplace ends up arguing with a customer on the doorstep. A visible joint under a sink and a concealed line behind bathroom tile are the same words and completely different jobs, so we publish the honest spread for each and quote the specific figure once someone has seen the problem.
