Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FixoFly, a platform operated by FixoFly Home Services Pvt. Ltd. that connects customers with independent, verified electricians and plumbers (“Professionals”). By booking a service you agree to these Terms.

1. The FixoFly platform

FixoFly is a marketplace. We verify and list Professionals and facilitate bookings, payments and support, but the service itself is performed by the independent Professional you are matched with.

2. Bookings and pricing

• Prices shown are estimates; final charges depend on the actual work and materials and are confirmed before completion.
• Any visiting or inspection fee is disclosed before you confirm the booking.
• You receive an itemised digital invoice for every completed job.

3. Service guarantee

Eligible jobs carry a 30-day service guarantee. If the same issue recurs within the guarantee window, we will arrange a re-visit at no additional labour cost, subject to the guarantee terms shown at booking.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and location details.
• Ensure safe access to the work area.
• Treat Professionals with respect and pay confirmed charges promptly.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Cancellation fees may apply once a Professional has been dispatched.
