How quickly can someone actually come?
Choose 'as soon as possible' and we start matching a professional near you the moment you confirm — same-day attendance is normal across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad. If you'd rather plan, pick any hour from 7 AM to 10 PM up to six weeks ahead, including weekends. Society flats are usually easier on a booked slot, since the maintenance desk needs prior intimation for drilling.
Do I pay anything to book?
No. Booking is free and you pay after the job is done. The starting price shown against each service is what that job normally begins at in your city; your professional inspects, confirms the final price with you, and only then starts work.
What if I don't know what the job is called?
Pick the trade — electrician, plumber or AC technician — then choose 'Something else' and describe what's happening in your own words. That is often the more accurate booking: 'the bathroom light trips the MCB when the geyser is on' tells a professional far more than a service name would.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 90502 96940 with your booking reference and we'll move or cancel it. Cancelling before a professional has set off costs nothing — the full policy is on our cancellation and refunds page.
Who turns up, and how will I know?
You get an SMS with your professional's name, photo and rating once they're confirmed, and they call you when they set off. The name on that message is the name on the government ID we verified — that match is the point of the verification.
